Slide the band into the handle’s curved gap, designed to help contain it during your workout. The Handle slides freely for versatile exercises. Connect the Handles to GoFit Super Bands (sold separately).

To connect the Handle to the band, follow these steps:
1. Securely anchor one end of the Band with your foot or with the GoFit Door Anchor (sold separately).
2. Use one hand to grasp the Band close to the anchor point, and stretch it outward.
3. Using the other hand to hold the Handle, insert the edge of the Band into the Handle Gap. Start at one end and work it down to completely insert it.

To remove the Handle from the band, follow these steps:
1. Securely anchor one end of the Band with your foot or with the GoFit Door Anchor (sold separately).
2. Use one hand to grasp the Band close to the anchor point, but beyond the Handle, and stretch it outward.
3. Using the other hand to hold the Handle, slide the Band out of the Handle Gap, starting at one end as you pull.

Product Usage
• Always insure that the resistance band is completely inserted into the Handle before and during each exercise.
• Always wear eye protection when using these products.
• This product is not a toy—keep out of reach of children.
Anyone under 18 must have constant adult supervision.
• NEVER leave these products unattended—store properly.
• Never place the Door Anchor over or under the door.
• Always position Door Anchor through hinge side of door.
• Always lock the door when using the Door Anchor.
• Always remove the Door Anchor from the resistance band when the Door Anchor is not in use with the door.
• Always inspect stitching and webbing before every use.
• Never stretch a resistance band more than twice its
resting length.
• Always inspect resistance bands before every use.
• Discontinue use if resistance bands become nicked or torn.
• Never use bands to support your weight.

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
• Clean with mild soap and warm water—DO NOT leave soaking. DO NOT use abrasive or chemical cleaners.
• Keep out of direct sunlight. Never expose products to extreme high or low temperatures, open flames or heat sources.
• These products are made of synthetic materials. Their “life span” depends on proper usage and care.

How Often should I Check my Exercise Equipment?

GoFit equipment should always be checked thoroughly before each and every use to assure there are no nicks, tears, holes or other damage to the item. Using damaged items could lead to severe injury. If any sign of damage or wear is present, immediately discontinue use of the item and contact GoFit Customer Service for assistance.

GOFIT PRODUCT WARRANTY
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from GoFit, LLC.
The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal and expected personal use during the warranty period.
All GoFit products are warranted for 90 days from purchase.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that has arisen from:
• Use outside of a home environment or personal use.
• Damage from use of the product in a manner not directed.
• Damage from neglect or abuse
• Damage in shipping (unless shipped direct from GoFit Store)
• Any and all other situations that were not related to defect in manufacture.

To obtain warranty service, original owner of the product must contact GoFit Customer Service directly, for review of the problem and resolution appropriate to each customers’ issue.
